About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Power Industrial Truck Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders using an RF scanner while operating an electric pallet jack, reach truck, clamp, or standup, or clamp in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will maintain high productivity, accuracy, and safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate an electric pallet jack to pick and transport products throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanning equipment to locate, verify, and pick orders accurately
  • Ensure all orders are picked, labeled, and staged correctly for shipment
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and performance goals
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize errors and returns
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while operating equipment
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
