About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to support fabricated equipment, piping systems, and fluid handling applications in a manufacturing environment.✈️ Infrequent domestic travel
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology• 3+ years of mechanical design experience preferred• Strong Solid Works 3D modeling & AutoCAD 2D drafting• Experience with piping, PVF, valves, strainers, fittings, pressure vessels, or fluid handling equipment• Experience creating engineering drawings, assemblies, layouts, P&IDs & BOMs• Knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel & alloy materials• Ability to perform/verify engineering design calculations• Understanding of ASME/API/ASTM/PIP standards preferred• Manufacturing, fabrication, welding or machining experience is a plus
