About the role

Immediate start — targeting a start the week of October 12th.
Company Description: Forgeworks.ai is an AI-driven revenue operations partner focused on helping organizations turn complex go-to-market challenges into streamlined, effective systems. Acting as builders and fixers, the team designs and optimizes RevOps processes so they work reliably and predictably for growing companies.
Role Description: We're hiring a senior Pardot specialist to own technical implementation work on an Enterprise client engagement. The broader team leads the client relationships, planning, and calls — you bring the platform depth and the hands-on ability to build. The broader team handles the Salesforce side, so you'll be building into an environment where the CRM, reporting, and broader RevOps architecture are already supported. This role is for you if you have:
  • Led a Pardot / MCAE implementation — owned it, not just worked inside one someone else built
  • Done it from scratch — stood up a net-new instance, not inherited or maintained an existing one
  • Delivered it at a $50M+ revenue company, where the data, stakeholders, and integrations are genuinely complex
If your Pardot experience is running campaigns or administering an existing instance, this isn't the right fit — we're looking specifically for someone who has built one from zero at scale. This role is for a senior hands on builder. Able to convert strategy into a live instance. The engagement: Immediate start, targeting the week of October 5th3-month contract: October, November, and December~20 hrs/week in October and November, flexing as needed in December Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders (director and VP level) High availability during mornings and the workday for client meetings Remote, US-based; must overlap US business hours1099 contract; competitive senior hourly

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
