About the role

Mercer University is seeking a Summer Office Assistant for Housing and Residence Life. You will support daily office operations, answer phones, assist students and visitors, and aid with projects under the supervision of the Housing and Residence Life staff. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Publisher/Canva and PowerPoint is preferred. Start date May 1, 2025, End date August 18, 2025, with 40 scheduled hours per week at $10.00 per hour.
