- Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostics

- Associate's degree in respiratory care
- Illinois RT license (or within 6 months)
- CRT (NBRC)
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025)
- ACLS
- NPS and/or ACCS credentialsRT 2 --* Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
- Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or within 6 months of hire)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC (or within 6 months of hire)
- NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025)RT 3 --* Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of previous job-related experience
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
- Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
