Ready to run a full desk in one of the hottest verticals in staffing? We're a certified minority-owned staffing firm based in Fort Lauderdale, known for our industry expertise, local market knowledge, and speed-to-market approach in placing Accounting, Finance, Financial Services, Compliance, Healthcare, Legal, IT, HR, and administrative talent. We're growing our Fort Lauderdale team and looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements — from sourcing to close.
What you'll do:
  • Run a full desk — source, screen, and place top A&F talent
  • Market top consultants to our internal sales team
  • Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network
  • Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
What you bring:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Likes direct contact / Face to face or video call meetings
  • Sales / Account Management Mindset
  • A sense of urgency and initiative in a fast-paced environment 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required
