About the role: We are seeking a Director of Product Line Management for Storage and Balance of System (BOS) Products to lead the strategy, definition, and lifecycle of Enphase’s storage product portfolio and the critical balance-of-system hardware that surrounds it. This includes the full IQ Battery family (IQ Battery 3/3T, IQ Battery 5P, IQ Battery 10C, and legacy Encharge products), the IQ System Controller portfolio, IQ Load Controller, IQ Meter Collar, and associated software features such as PowerMatch™. As a Director, you will lead a team of product managers, set the product vision and roadmap, and own the business case and revenue targets for your product lines. You will work across engineering, systems, sales, operations, and marketing to bring industry-leading storage and BOS solutions to residential and commercial markets in the U.S. and globally. You will be the voice for these product lines, interfacing with customers, installers, strategic partners, and senior leadership. The role is based in Fremont, California or Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, 5-day work week role. Presence in the office is required for a minimum of 3 days per week; on the remaining days, in-office presence may also be required based on business needs. This role requires domestic and occasional international travel (up to 25%). You will report to the Senior Director of Product Line Management and work closely with development teams in the U.S., India, and New Zealand.
