About the role
Calista is seeking an Officer in Charge of the Navigational Watch aboard a high-speed craft operating on ocean routes. The role drives safe navigation, deck supervision, and regulatory compliance under USCG, STCW, and company standards.
The incumbent will lead a navigational watch, coordinate with engineering and deck crews, and maintain voyage logs and records while preparing for emergencies and drills. Strong leadership and safety acumen are essential.
