About the role

Springfield Clinic seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support the Deputy Chief Counsel and Compliance Officer with contract review, administration, and governance support. You will oversee contract coordinators and ensure contracts are drafted, reviewed, negotiated, executed, and maintained in accordance with clinic policies. In this role you will coordinate due diligence, maintain corporate records, assist in board materials, conduct legal research, and provide timely reports on contract status.
