About the role
Greystone Properties is seeking a Director of Talent to own talent acquisition, training and development, and culture across its Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida portfolio. This build role will design and implement the hiring process, onboarding curriculum, leadership development track, and a comprehensive recognition program, with hands-on execution in Year One.
The role reports to the COO and partners with outsourced HR to manage payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring consistency
