A high-functioning, fully systematic hedge fund with over $20B in AUM is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Investment Operations team and build technology solutions that automate critical business workflows. This role focuses on identifying manual processes, developing internal tools, and creating scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency across the firm. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with experience building automationframeworks, internal applications, API integrations, and data-driven workflows. Candidates do not need a deep accounting background, the team is looking for engineers who can understand complex systems, solve operational challenges, and partner with Operations, Technology, and Investment teams to build impactful solutions.
