Stone Countertop Commercial Sales Manager

Position Overview: As a Commercial Quoting Specialist, you will play a key role in the sales process by providing accurate and timely quotes for commercial projects. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and being self-motivated is a must.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and Generate Quotes: Create accurate, competitive quotes for commercial projects based on project specifications, material selections, and labor requirements. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide clarification on quotes and project scope. Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from quotes to production schedules. Material Sourcing: Source and evaluate materials, keeping clients informed about options, pricing, and availability. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all quotes, project details, and client communications. Pricing Analysis: Regularly review and analyze pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role, preferably in the stone, countertop, or construction industry. Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction documents and how to read and interpret plans and project specifications.

Skills: Proficient in computer technology and can easily adapt to learning the quoting software used. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quotes are accurate and comprehensive. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
