- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

- Identify opportunities to improve customers' comfort, efficiency, and system reliability What We're Looking For Required:5+ years of HVAC service technician experience
- Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently in the field
- Experience diagnosing electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical issues
- Strong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to explain technical issues in a way homeowners can understand
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Willingness to continue learning and improving
- EPA certificationNATE or other HVAC certifications
- Experience using Service
- Titan or similar field-service software
