About the role

Cuchiara & Company is redefining what it means to be a modern insurance agency — and we are looking for professionals ready to do the same for their careers. As an Inc. 5000 company (ranked #1022 for six consecutive years), we have built a recession-resistant model that rewards people who take their work seriously. We have intentionally moved away from the traditional “salesperson” model in favor of a consultant-first approach. As a licensed fiduciary, you are legally obligated to recommend what is best for the client. That distinction changes everything about how this work feels.
The Role: You act as the professional bridge between a family’s financial vulnerability and their long-term security - helping with mortgage protection, debt coverage, and income replacement. No cold outreach. Our proprietary lead system fills your calendar with families who have already requested assistance. You focus entirely on serving people. Genuine schedule flexibility. This is a 100% remote role. You manage your own hours and work from wherever you are most effective. A documented path forward. We provide a clear progression from entry-level representative to agency leadership, backed by comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship. We are looking for professionals who hold themselves to a high standard, take ownership of their results, and genuinely want to help families make better financial decisions. Ready to make the move? Apply here. • Please Note: No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
