Job Description:

Busy legal support provider
You would be monitoring 50-75 orders on a daily basis, get updates daily from field agents and communicating that with your clients, inputting all notes into our data base.
Following up with field agent for status on orders, informing clients of any issues on active orders.
Reviewing completed orders and processing them for billing.

Qualifications: Qualifications This is a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is very important on sensitive legal documents. Must be highly organized, have a sense of urgency, and good time management. Fast typing speeds, familiar with WORD, ADOBE, OUTLOOKProfessional phone and email etiquette.
