The Role:
This is adual stylist-manager positionfor an ambitious professional who loves working behind the chair while leading a team to excellence. You'll: Manage daily operations and team performanceMotivate, coach, and mentor stylists and assistantsEnsure service quality, cleanliness, and operational readinessTrack KPIs, sales goals, and productivity metricsDeliver premium services (cuts, color, balayage, keratin, extensions) Conduct consultations that exceed client expectationsPromote memberships, retail, and add-on servicesWhat We're Looking For Ahands-on leaderwho's high-accountability, low-drama, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
Requirements:
