Proclinical is partnering with a cutting-edge biotechnology company in Newark, CA to appoint a Director of Screening & Automation. You will lead automation strategies, HTS platforms, and assay capabilities to accelerate drug discovery, validation, and lead identification. Reporting to senior Discovery leadership, you will recruit and mentor scientists, scale a world-class screening capability, and drive innovation across screening workflows and lab technologies.
