What You’ll Do:
As a BCBA with Applied ABC, you will:
Manage an active caseload and provide high-quality ABA services Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and monitor behavior support plans Analyze client data and make data-driven clinical decisions Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs using evidence-based practices and BSTProvide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Provide clinical guidance and support when needed Maintain accurate documentation and meet clinical and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
ActiveBCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Current 8-hour supervision certificate Maryland BCBA/LBA or applicable Maryland credential Experience supervising RBTs/BTsExperience with assessments and treatment planning Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or related developmental needs Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to provide in-person services when required Reliable transportation for cases where travel is required Authorization to work in the United States We Support Your Clinical Growth At Applied ABC, you’re not expected to do everything on your own.
