About the role
Massanutten Resort The Buffet Attendant is responsible for assisting with buffet food prep and service duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, including cleaning and refilling buffet items at pasta bar and carving station and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in the buffet area. Will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of all hot and cold food items and must be able to uphold company food safety and sanitation standards. Required Familiarity with buffet-style food and beverage operations Must be at least 18 Preferred 1 year of food and beverage experience Typical Schedule Days: Follows the Sales schedule, which will change with the season Currently: Work: Saturday through Tuesday Off: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Hours: 32 to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime.
