About the role

American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a Field Technician Maintenance to perform repairs, troubleshooting, installation, and routine maintenance at AMH properties. You will address water heater, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related issues while keeping work areas clean and safe.
