- Lead analytics and reporting across Driver Earnings, Disbursements, Finance Operations, Tax, Controls, and Compliance· Develop and standardize Metrics That Matter reporting for leadership, operations, compliance, and risk visibility.· Support executive and operational reporting that shows what changed, why, and where actions needed.· Lead data quality, governance, and metric standardization efforts.· Turn unclear business problems into practical analytics solutions· Lead and coordinate UAT for Spark Driver initiatives, partnering with business, product, and tech teams to align testing, track issues, and support· Provide ad-hoc analysis and leadership-ready insights for incidents, escalations, and strategic initiatives· Mentor team members and promote analytics best practices.· Reduce manual reporting by automation, reusable data
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related field.· Strong SQL, Python, BigQuery, and dashboarding skills (Tableau or Power BI).· Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and KPI standardization.· Ability to turn business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.· Comfort working through ambiguity and defining analytics problems.· Experience building dashboards and insights for leadership, operations, compliance, or risk visibility.· Strong communication and data storytelling skills.· Ability to partner across teams and influence stakeholders.· Experience mentoring analysts or guiding teams on analytics best practices.· Understanding of Walmart LMD Operations, Driver Earnings, Disbursements, or Finance Operations.· Partnership across Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Tax, Controls, Compliance, and Regulatory teams.
