Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team supporting Federal Government and Public Sector programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, federal contracting environments, and security clearance pipelines and a proven ability to source, assess, and hire cleared and non-cleared technical talent while ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for federal and public sector technical roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity professionals, data engineers, system administrators, network engineers, and program support personnel.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, security clearance needs, and candidate qualifications.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, industry associations, and federal talent communities.
Build and maintain pipelines of candidates with active security clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and Polygraph.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical, behavioral, and program requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer development, and onboarding activities.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting federal government contracts or government integrators.
Experience recruiting for skilled IT and engineering roles.
Understanding of federal contracting environments and security clearance processes.
Knowledge of recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with federal talent communities and industry associations.
- Experience supporting cleared programs across multiple technical domains.
