About the Company: Our client is a global manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products with a high-volume, ISO-certified manufacturing facility in Denver. The plant runs three shifts, 24/5, and takes safety, quality and continuous improvement seriously. It is a stable, growing operation where strong supervisors can move up.
About the Role: We are hiring a first-shift Production Supervisor to lead several operating areas, including tool installation, tool assembly and repair. You will report to the first-shift Production Manager and lead a team of 10–18 machine operators and pneumatic, mechanical and general tool assemblers. You will own safety, quality and on-time delivery for your areas.
What You'll Do: Lead, train and coach 10–18 production team members; handle performance reviews, attendance and overtime. Build a strong safety culture through training, daily safety observations and audits, and keep your areas in line with EHS requirements. Run daily quality audits and drive quality issues to closure in an ISO 9001 environment. Track safety, quality and on-time-delivery KPIs, and keep production documentation accurate. Oversee a precision tool area where expensive, detailed tools are built and repaired, and use blueprints to guide the work. Find and carry out efficiency improvements using continuous-improvement tools.
What You Bring: (Required)2+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.1+ year directly supervising production employees. High school diploma or GED.Clear, steady communication with operators, peers and management; able to handle conflict. Comfortable with computers and spreadsheets (Excel).
Nice to Have: Metal stamping or metal forming experience. Experience in an ISO 9001 (or similar) quality-certified facility. Experience in tooling, tool assembly or repair, or reading blueprints. MRP system experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a relevant certification.
Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 – $100,000 base salary, depending on experience. Annual bonus of 5–8% based on company performance. Health insurance, 401(k) with company match and paid time off.
