Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment. Assist with machine set-ups, changeovers, and process adjustments to ensure quality and production goals are met. Monitor production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform line clearance activities. Package, label, and inspect finished products according to quality standards. Perform quality checks and measurements using precision inspection tools. Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation accurately and on time. Monitor material and supply levels and enter data into production tracking systems. Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Desired Background/Skills: 1-2 years of extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred ISO, FDA, and/or cGMP experience a plus Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures Basic math and measurement skills Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
