About the role
BetterUp is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth to own the full Growth surface and drive high-impact design work at the top of the funnel. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketing to accelerate experimentation and improve lifecycle communications.
The role focuses on shaping the onboarding experience, optimizing sign-up and identity flows, and delivering clear, on-brand communications that move users toward meaningful engagement.
