What You’ll Do:
  • Partner closely with the executive team toprioritize initiatives and drive execution
  • Organize critical information and insights to support fast, effective decision‑making
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from concept through completion
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Develop and track key performance metrics, dashboards, and productivity insights
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations for leadership, board, and key stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning and help translate goals into actionable roadmaps
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and scale
  • Assess risk, cost, and impact of new initiatives and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)7+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders in roles such asChief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, includingfinancial modeling
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence without authority
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and boards
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive change
  • Experience in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments is a strong plus
