About the role
IT Support Specialist On-site in Phoenix, Monday - Friday Scope of work is primarily PC and end-user focused with some specific deliverables including: Build shopfloor PCs using USB image (over 130 across all 3 sites) Participate in shopfloor planning discussions Deploy shopfloor machines in accordance with agreed plan Provide support for remote teams, to include: Connecting laptop to network devices for remote configurationConnecting laptop to firewall(s) for remote configurationConnecting laptop to compute switches for remote configuration Assist with printer migration by updating print drivers on PCs and troubleshooting Assist with application migration by updating PCs to connect to new applications Provide day-to-day end-user desktop support as needed, including troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and performing standard application installations. Support technical PC and standard user process activities associated with physical security and other compliance requirements.
