About the role
Owning the sanctions program, the remote Manager, Sanctions Program BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations will manage remediation efforts, oversee OFAC list governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
Manage the sanctions program workbook, including remediation commitments and OFAC procedure maintenance
Serve as the business owner of the Bridger screening model, overseeing documentation, reviews, and quality assurance
Lead OFAC-related risk assessments and maintain examiner-ready program artifacts for audits and examinations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or JD preferred
CAMS certification required; CGSS strongly preferred
7-10 years of BSA/AML or sanctions experience within a regulated financial institution
3+ years of people leadership or program-management experience
Demonstrated ownership of OFAC/sanctions programs and regulatory examination response
