Job Description: Powerflex Supply provides fencing, water, and grazing infrastructure products for ranchers and landowners, supporting the regenerative agriculture market through a strong e-commerce and ranch supply business. The company helps customers keep their operations running with practical products and dependable service for day-to-day work in the field. As an Assembly Technician, you will play an important part in preparing quality products that support customers across the ranching and landowner market. This role is well suited to someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values consistency, and contributes to a safe, team-oriented production environment. ***90 Day contract to hire****
Responsibilities: Operate hand and power tools safely in a production environment. Read work orders, measurements, and basic technical drawings to complete assembly work accurately. Maintain assembly quality standards throughout the production process. Follow workplace safety procedures in daily operations.
Requirements: Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read work orders, measurements, and basic technical drawings. Commitment to meeting assembly quality standards and following workplace safety procedures. Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks safely. Eligibility to work in the United States. Carpentry experience is a plus.
