This pivotal role involves supporting the SVP, GM in leading various functions, including sales, marketing, account management, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating theater activities, building cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing communication to drive growth and meet targets. Key duties include assisting in sales leadership, driving coordination across all theater functions, contributing to the development and execution of business plans, and supporting the GM in exceeding quota targets. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in recruiting and growing top-performing teams, as well as managing special projects and providing analysis and insights for executive decision-making. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a proven track record in a similar role or as the head of business operations for a senior executive in a company with significant annual revenue. Experience in enterprise software companies, particularly in high-growth environments, is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in business and sales operations, direct experience in customer-facing roles, and a history of driving business success and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority, and a high level of integrity and professionalism. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or MBA being desirable, and the candidate should be adept at problem-solving and have the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
