- Develop strategic sales plans to grow intermodal drayage business across major U.S. markets
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects including BCOs, NVOCCs, IMCs, freight forwarders, and 3PLsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver tailored drayage solutions
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
- Partner with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver sales forecasts to senior leadership
- Established book of business within intermodal drayage
- Deep knowledge of port/rail operations, chassis pools, and 3PL solutioning
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred)
- Proven success selling import/export drayage services
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
