This role offers the opportunity to work in the vibrant Bay Area, specifically in San Ramon, CA, with occasional travel to Sacramento and Fresno. Enjoy a mostly on-site position with the flexibility of one remote day per week after the training period.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor in-person testing at various locations to ensure a fair and secure environment.Set up testing stations, verify identities, record attendance, and manage test documentation.Address inquiries related to Candidate Care & Operations using established policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records in HR and relationship management systems.Provide administrative support, handle confidential information, and communicate required steps to stakeholders.RequirementsExperience in HR operations support.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.Experience using relationship management, HR, applicant tracking, or case management systems.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality.PreferencesExperience proctoring in-person tests/exams.Excellent presentation and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.If you are ready to take the next step in your HR career and thrive in a supportive and engaging work environment, apply today!
