Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shift (2pm to 12am, 4 days a week) What You\u 2019ll DoManage the delivery of patient care on an assigned unit. Facilitate efficient daily operations related to patient throughput. Promote a culture of safety and quality by implementing established standards. Collaborate with the Patient Care Director to establish unit goals. Monitor staff compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor\u 2019s Degree in Nursing required Master\u 2019s in Nursing preferred
Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing experience required Previous leadership experience as charge nurse or supervisor preferred Previous psychiatric experience preferred
