About the role

Divergent is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Specialists responsible for maintaining and improving a growing fleet of Additive Manufacturing systems. You will own day-to-day service operations, drive safety and quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement across shifts. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-reliability manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving, and a focus on equipment availability and performance.
