In this vital role, you’ll serve as a frontline advocate, assisting consumers through inbound and outbound calls, guiding them through health coverage applications, and ensuring they receive the support they need in a timely, respectful manner. What You’ll Bring to the Table: High School diploma or equivalent Relevant experience in healthcare, call centers, or case work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Experience working effectively with diverse populations, including culturally and linguistically disadvantaged groups Ability to navigate and efficiently use CRM and DC systems Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in health insurance or benefits enrollment Knowledge of healthcare policy and program procedures Familiarity with remote working tools like Microsoft Teams
Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Healthcare or call center experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps
  • Willingness to respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages during work hours
  • Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer
