Healthcare POS Systems Support Analyst | Manhattan, NY | 12-Month Contract | Immediate Start Healthcare IT Leaders is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Manhattan to add a hands-on POS Systems Support Analyst. If you enjoy owning installations from planning through go-live, this is a strong fit. Work arrangement
Hybrid: on-site 50% of the time in Manhattan
Must be commutable to Manhattan
What you will do:
- Install, configure, and test endpoint systems on-site, including POS credit card terminals terminals such as CBORD, Illumia, and Transact
- Request and manage firewall rules and network configurations
- Lead system installation projects end to end, coordinating timelines, vendors, and stakeholders
- What you bring 5+ years of hands-on endpoint experience, including POS credit card terminal setup (not solely monitoring or oversight)
- Working knowledge of structured cabling and physical network infrastructure
- Strong networking and project management skills
- Healthcare environment experience (highly preferred)
