Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Athletic Trainer based in Port Washington, WI. The Athletic Trainer will deliver injury prevention programs, assess workplace ergonomics, and provide training and education to employees on best practices for injury reduction. Responsibilities include developing individualized fitness and wellness programs, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with team members and clients to ensure program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in injury prevention, ergonomics, and physical assessments
- Knowledge of fitness programming, exercise physiology, and biomechanics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client training and education
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and program analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently in a structured environment
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required
- Experience in occupational health and safety or industrial settings is advantageousCPR and First Aid certification preferred
