About the role
Our client, a well-known evolving energy company, is actively hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team in West Bountiful, UT! This will be an onsite position, and all candidates must have a vehicle to drive locally. *This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered*In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily office responsibilities including answering phones, faxes, filing, data entry, calendaring, and more. You will also help the office by greeting visitors, being a liaison with vendors on services, and assisting with travel arrangements as needed. Responsibilities:Order and distribute various supplies and other items while also managing the office inventoryCoordinate various processes and maintain documents/recordsAssist with data entry and tracking of employee learning using SABA MyLearningSkills:High school degree3+ years of experience in an administrative roleProficiency with Microsoft SuitePrior experience working with learning platforms is a plusMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
