Description
SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that facilitate the smooth running of daily operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Job: Full time | Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends free.
Pay Range: $1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments on behalf of the executives.
Perform research, compile data, and prepare documents for essential meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
