About the role
- Skills 8+ years of data migration experience — NAV-to-Salesforce or equivalent ERP-to-CRM migration required
- Strong hands-on SnapLogic — pipeline design, transformation logic, error handling, and governance
- Strong Apex — batch classes, triggers, and custom transformation and validation logic for large-volume data loads
- Expert-level SQL — data profiling, deduplication, transformation, and reconciliation across NAV and Salesforce
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central — data model, table structures, master and transaction data
- Deep Salesforce data model — standard and custom objects, relationships, and data loading best practices
- Salesforce data migration tools — Data Loader, Salesforce CLI, or Bulk APIStrong data mapping and crosswalk design — NAV-to-Salesforce field mapping, transformation rules, and migration specs
