About the role

Our client is looking for experienced Creative Strategists to join their team, with openings supporting both Health & Wellness and Retail clients. This is a senior strategic role focused on shaping brand, marketing, and growth strategy across client portfolios.
Location: Remote
Schedule: 36–40 hours/week Engagement: Full-time contract
Pay Range: $65-69.23/hr. This person will serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader, helping clients define where their brands should go next and translating business objectives into clear, actionable strategies. Rather than focusing on individual campaign execution, this role will operate at a macro level, developing longer-term roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and integrated opportunities that guide creative, media, insights, CRM, and account teams.
What You'll Do: Lead portfolio-level brand, marketing, and growth strategy across assigned client accounts Develop annual and multi-quarter strategic roadmaps, brand positioning, campaign ecosystems, and growth frameworks Translate client business objectives into clear strategic direction and creative opportunities Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive recommendations and points of view Lead client workshops, ideation sessions, strategy sprints, and executive-level presentations Partner across Creative, Account, Media, Insights, CRM, and Project Management to align teams around a cohesive strategy and narrative Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships Support new business pitches, proposals, and strategic POV development Bring forward emerging consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to inform client strategy Leverage AI tools to support research, ideation, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategy development What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience across brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing strategy Agency experience strongly preferred Proven ownership of high-level client or portfolio strategy, beyond individual projects or campaigns Strong client-facing presence with experience advising senior stakeholders Experience leading strategic presentations, workshops, and collaborative working sessions Ability to connect business objectives, consumer insights, brand strategy, and creative opportunity Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to bring multiple disciplines together around a strategic vision Experience identifying growth opportunities and contributing to pitches or new business initiatives Interest in and experience using AI as part of the strategic process is a plus
