Overview: Pay: $12/Hour + Tips! As a Bartender at Six Flags Frontier City, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving refreshing beverages in a fast-paced, high energy water park environment. You'll create memorable moments for Guests by providing friendly, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Six Flags standards
  • Provide outstanding Guest service by engaging with Guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Verify Guest identification and ensure responsible service at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area(s), including stocking and sanitation
  • Accurately handle all credit card transactions and POS System operations
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
  • Monitor Guest behavior and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Support other Associates and assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous bartending or Food & Beverage experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and Guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Must be reliable, team-oriented and maintain a positive attitude
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
  • Must complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification
  • Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Beverage Employee License from the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
