Responsibilities: Manage corporate actions, proxy voting, and trade processing across funds and entities Partner with custodians and fund administrators to resolve operational issues and ensure accurate fund records Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, including ownership of new initiatives and enhancements Oversee position, balance sheet, and expense reconciliations
