Essential Functions: Serves as New Hire Orientation Coordinator. Coordinates and manages conference room reservations for all New Hire Orientations, working to ensure that each region has an assigned conference room booked monthly. Develops strategies to facilitate the fulfillment of Department objectives relative to New Hire Orientation. Monitors orientation materials, including email templates, PowerPoint presentations, videos, surveys, and Orientation Handout Booklets to ensure they are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect current information, policies, and procedures. Collects, organizes, and reviews orientation survey results to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinates post-orientation follow up and feedback. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
