This role will serve as the on-site leader and drive successful project execution from groundbreaking through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all field construction operationsCreate and maintain short-term and long-term schedulesCoordinate subcontractor activities and site logisticsConduct daily site walks and quality inspectionsEnforce safety programs and jobsite complianceLead subcontractor meetings and site coordination effortsIdentify and resolve field issues proactivelyEnsure projects are delivered on schedule and within quality expectationsDesired Qualifications5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experienceExperience with ground-up commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of scheduling and sequencingKnowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirementsProven ability to manage subcontractors and field personnelExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
