About the role

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an instructional designer in Livermore, CA for a 6-month contract with hybrid onsite attendance as needed. You'll design and develop instructor-led, VILT, and web-based training for a technical apprenticeship program, focusing on safety and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in industrial or utilities training, strong ADDIE-based design skills, and proficiency with Articulate/ Captivate, SMEs, and content development tools.
