About the role

ResponsibilitiesChampion a high performing, inclusive culture, aligned with organizational values and strategy. Ensure alignment between performance, recognition and career development. Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives. Partner with business leaders on workforce strategies, leveraging key people metrics to inform and drive proactive, strategic workforce planning aligned to business needs. Advise leaders on organizational design to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and scalable growth.Collaborate with talent acquisition to support hiring strategies that align with business needs. Partner with total rewards to support compensation planning, career development and recognition. Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business focused and employee centered approach. Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management. Provide guidance and support on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation and workplace concerns.Deliver Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies in alignment with team and organizational goals. Maintains knowledge of best practices, federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; integrates into employee policies and practices. Champion key business initiatives and workgroups to drive people strategy Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 7+ years of human resource experience with 5+ years of HR business partner experience required. Master's degree in Human Resources, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
