About the role
Role Description:
The Vice President Sales Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing the global sales operations function for Crypto Miners Intl' Group. This role oversees sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance metrics, and territory planning to support revenue growth across all regions and service lines. The Vice President collaborates with sales leadership, finance, and operations teams to design and implement scalable processes, tools, and dashboards that improve sales efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Daily activities include analyzing sales performance, refining go-to-market strategies, managing sales operations staff, ensuring accurate reporting, and aligning sales processes with financial and operational goals. The role also contributes to strategic planning, supports key client initiatives, and ensures compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Strong Sales and Sales Operations experience, including managing complex, multi-region sales environments. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build performance dashboards, and support decision-making. Solid Finance knowledge to align sales plans with budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets. Proven Strategic Planning capabilities to develop and execute sales operations roadmaps and growth initiatives. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in crypto, blockchain, data centers, or technology infrastructure is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
