About the role

Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, oversee upkeep and repairs of buildings and grounds, and ensure safety and compliance on site. You will schedule daily tasks, train staff, manage vendors, handle inventory and tools, respond 24/7 to service requests, and work on a on-call basis as needed.
