Business Development Manager - Inside SalesA privately held food distribution company just north of Seattle is coming off the best year in its history and is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business by phone. This role is for a desk-based hunter who likes picking up the phone, has real conversations with business owners and buyers, and gets paid on what they close. You don't need industry experience. If you've sold freight, restaurant technology, payments, distribution, B2B services, or anything else over the phone, the skills carry over. The product is easy to learn and the team will teach you.
What we're looking for: 2+ years of B2B sales where you prospect by phone and close your own deals Measurable results you can speak to, such as conversations per day, deals closed, quota attainment, or accounts grown Comfort with pricing conversations, especially where price moves with the market Motivation from commission upside, with a base-plus-commission structure that works for you You genuinely want to work in the office with the team every day Term: Full Time, Direct Hire
Location: North Seattle, WA, USA (Fully On-site)
Compensation: $65,000/year base + uncapped commission ($150,000–$200,000+ OTE)US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply. Unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
